Wow, January sure ended with some wonderful winter weather! I hope 2021 is off to a good start for everyone!
Lifetouch Pictures
We will be having our ‘spring’ school pictures on Monday, February 22 and Tuesday, February 23rd. Kindergarten students will have their pictures taken on TUESDAY. Club Connect Students will have their pictures taken on the day they are here. Unfortunately, we will not be able to do sibling pictures with those siblings in the front building.
Professional Development Day
Enchanted Care will be having the first of 2 Professional Development Days in 2021 on Monday, February 15th; therefore, our school will be closed. The teachers will spend the day training, sprucing up our building and working together to improve as a team. The second Professional Development Day will take place in the fall.
Drop-In Days
Friday, February 12th OLSD is closed, therefore is will be a drop-in day for ECKC. Please remember with our club connect, drop-in days are different than in the past and you can only attend if it is your normal day to be at ECKC. Tuition will be charged based on the normal club connect schedule for that week.
Spring Break Camp!
OLSD’s Spring Break is Friday, March 26th through Friday, April 2nd. We plan to open Spring Break Camp up to all Club Connect Students like we were able to do for Thanksgiving and Christmas Camps! I will be sending out a Permission Click sign-up in the middle of February and it will be due by March 10th. All students, Kindergarten and Club Connect will need to complete the form and I have included an option for ‘not attending any days’ this time 😊.
Reminders
* Tuition payments are due on Monday’s. There will be a $25 late fee assessed to all payments made after 12:00pm on Tuesday’s. If you are interested in our automatic withdrawal program, please email Robyn at robyn.mott@enchantedcare.com for the form.
